Cancellation Policy

I charge 50% of all services booked for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. The card on file will be charged 70% of the services booked for no call/no-shows. There is a 15 minute grace period for being late, after 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled. No exceptions. NO deposit = NO appointment. NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS AT APPOINTMENTS PLEASE UNLESS DISCUSSED PRIOR.
