Cancellation Policy
I charge a fee of 50% of all services booked for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. The same 50% fee applies to reschedules made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to pay this fee will result in being banned from booking. There is a 15 minute grace period for being late, after 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
